Allen London, Chief Executive Officer, is an attorney (JD, NYU, ‘73) and holds an MBA from Columbia University (MBA, Columbia, ‘89). Mr. London’s working life has been divided between the practice of law and work in the real estate business. Since the late 1970s, he has worked in a family real estate firm that built multifamily properties. He is a principal of a number of entities that own properties in NYC and along the eastern seaboard of the United States.  In that capacity he has participated in numerous capital projects, refinancing, leasing, legal proceedings, and general real estate administrative work. He is a member of the Code and Regs Committee of the New York Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He is also a member of the Preparedness Committees of the New York City Chapter of BOMA. In June of 2013 he was a co-recipient of the John M. Griffin Community Service Award. The community service award was conferred by The Real Estate Board of New York, in recognition of work done the previous November during Superstorm Sandy.

Alex Kalajian is the Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer for Solstice Residential Group and its affiliated companies. As Managing Partner, Mr. Kalajian is responsible for the companies’ corporate affairs, client retention, operational and capital budgeting/management, organizational growth and leadership. 

As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Kalajian is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of Solstice’s portfolio of properties representing over $3 billion in managed assets, as well as more than 250 management executives, operational and financial professionals, support staff and building services employees required to service its clients in a first class manner.     

Prior to launching Solstice, Mr. Kalajian began his career in 1995 working for a mid-sized residential developer, where he was in charge of “gut renovations” on projects resulting in LIHTC credits that were sold to Fortune 100 companies. The acquisition, financing and redevelopment of those properties were under the jurisdiction of a number of private banking institutions and city and state governments. In 2001, Mr. Kalajian joined one of the largest property management firms in NYC, where he rose to become Vice President of Operations. In this capacity, he provided operational, capital and code compliance support to the firm’s property managers. He was also on the firm’s executive committee, focusing on policy and corporate governance.

A 20-year industry veteran, Mr. Kalajian is well-versed in all facets of property and asset management with concentrations in capital reporting and budgeting, contract negotiations and administration, code compliance and staff management. A results-oriented project manager, Mr. Kalajian has successfully coordinated, managed and completed capital and infrastructure projects totaling more than $500 million dollars.

Mr. Kalajian holds multiple degrees in Business Administration and Finance, and is a licensed NYS Insurance and Real Estate Broker

Jeff Gates, Chief Information/Financial Officer, is a financial analyst (JD, Washington University Law School, ’98).  Mr. Gates heads all of Solstice’s financial affairs and is responsible for all compliance and regulatory filings for our managed portfolio of buildings.

Mr. Gates started his financial career as an equities trader and quickly worked his way up to the role of Director of Compliance in Citigroup’s Global Markets division. Mr. Gates' responsibilities included budget coordination for Global Compliance, Compliance Technology applications, development of several initiatives including Regulatory Systems Committee and has testified as an expert before the NYSE.

Pierre Zarzour, Partner and Chief Management Officer, works closely with Mr. Kalajian in managing the day-to-day operations of Solstice and its affiliated companies. In this capacity, Mr. Zarzour is primarily responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and deriving new business opportunities as well as overseeing all operations of Solstice’s property management division and its dedicated team of management executives and support staff.  Mr. Zarzour is also integrally involved with and administers Solstice’s Energy Aggregation Program, which for the benefit of Solstice’s clients, aggregates and purchases energy commodities across our portfolio of managed properties.   

As a seasoned residential property manager with over 16 years of experience, Mr. Zarzour has expertise in all aspects of building operations, capital improvement projects, budget preparation, staff supervision, management reporting, and Board/Resident communications.

Prior to joining Solstice Residential Group, LLC, Mr. Zarzour managed a portfolio of luxury New York City cooperatives and condominiums and oversaw a team of managers providing operational, financial, construction and code compliance support. 

Mr. Zarzour holds a BS in Management. 

Stacy Clark, Director of Sales & Leasing, leads the real property transfers and transactions department. A veteran in the real estate industry, Ms. Clark has a vast knowledge and understanding of apartment leasing and transfers, including such complexities as transfers upon a death and transfers into Trusts.  

Ms. Clark has acquired her experience through a systematic graduation by way of a number of professional positions – including buyer/seller representation, mortgage lending (traditional banking and hard-money lending), bank-foreclosures, tax-lien foreclosure, short-sales, loan modifications, title review, title clearance, and investor-acquisitions. Ms.  Clark’s target goal is to bring the real property transactions for which she is responsible to a successful conclusion.   

Ms. Clark holds an associate degree in Paralegal Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in management. In her leisure time, Ms. Clark participates in giving back to her community, which is accomplished in her role as an Executive Director for The Blacklist Inc., a non-profit organization geared towards ushering adolescent & young men into their full potential through encouraging them to be civically-engaged, confident, concerned and creative. In the past, she has held the role of Board member at 3Ds Aftercare Inc., a Not-For-Profit, designed to empower children, create confidence and encourage academic accountability. She has collaborated with & volunteered for other Not-For-Profits such as Man in the Mirror and S.O.N.I.A.Y. 

Yakov Isakov, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Financial Controller, holds a BS from College of Staten Island (BS, CSI CUNY, ‘12). Mr. Isakov started his career in Supply Chain for a major appliance manufacturer. During his time there he advanced to Assistant Operations Manager, handling distribution from five distribution centers, and attended night school for his bachelor degree. Mr. Isakov obtained his CPA license in 2014.

Mr. Isakov is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and periodic financial management of all our client accounts.  His duties include handling annual audits, acting as a liaison for the independent auditors, ensuring tax payment and filing compliance, producing and administering monthly client financial statements for Solstice’s managed portfolio, et al. As a member of the Solstice's Executive Committee and a Co-Head of the Employee Training and Development Committee, Mr. Isakov also provides supervision to the finance department, focusing on support, employee training and professional development. 

Tatyana Lerman has been working at Solstice Residential Group, LLC since its inception in 2008.  Prior to joining Solstice, Ms. Lerman worked for London Management Corp, a family-owned property management company in New York City.

Ms. Lerman has over 20 years of experience in accounts payable and management of rental properties. At Solstice, she is responsible for the oversight of various accounts payable functions, among which are payroll, resolution of complex payment and vendor issues, and preparation of special reports. As a member of Solstice's Executive Committee, Ms. Lerman monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient and effective procedures for maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality. Tatyana was raised in Ukraine and is fluent in Russian. 

Ken Lupano, Executive Director of Project Services, (BA, ’72, Ohio Wesleyan University, Economics & Communications; graduate work, NYU Stern) serves as a liaison between Boards, owners, architects, engineers, construction companies and the City. Ken leads the team planning and managing large capital infrastructure projects for Solstice-managed properties. Ken, a member of the Solstice Executive Committee, is a results-driven management professional with extensive experience in building, motivating and leading work teams.  With strong communication, budgeting and negotiation skills, and 12 years of experience as Board president of a full-service luxury Manhattan condominium, Ken has a proven record of accomplishment in directing physical infrastructure and technology-based capital projects, with the needs of Boards and owners as the primary concern.

George Noulas joined Solstice Residential Group, LLC in 2015 as a Management Executive and was soon promoted to the position of Director of Management. George has over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, during which he has managed a large and diverse real estate portfolio of cooperatives, condominiums, rental buildings, as well as commercial properties located throughout the city of New York. 

George is directly responsible for the oversight of all day-to-day building operations, financial management and staff supervision. As a member of the Solstice's Executive Committee and a Co-Head of the Employee Training and Development Committee, George provides support and supervision to all property managers, while also focusing on employee training and professional growth. George works with each Board to analyze building financials, develop and implement strategies, all with a concentrated effort on minimizing costs and maximizing property values.

Prior to joining Solstice, George owned and operated a Brooklyn-based brokerage firm for over five years, where his responsibilities included the oversight of all operating functions of the brokerage, supervision of all agents, the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns.

Julia Penny, Assistant Director of Management, is a seasoned NYC Real Estate industry professional.  She started her career as a licensed Salesperson in the burgeoning Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, after which she became part of an on-site management team at an exclusive luxury Upper West Side coop.  With ten years of property management experience under her belt, Ms. Penny has become an integral part of the Solstice's Executive Committee, managing a portfolio of properties throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, as well as leading the Compliance Department. 

Jo Ann Squillace, is the Executive Administrator of Solstice Residential Group, LLC. She serves as liaison between the Unions, Union member employees and the Boards of each client, works with the Accounting Department, and handles all Workers' Compensation and Disability matters for the Condominiums and Cooperatives. 

Preceding Solstice Residential Group, Ms. Squillace served as Vice President and Office Manager of its predecessor, London Management Corp., a New York City based real estate managerial company where she worked for fifty (50) years. Prior to that, Ms. Squillace served as lead paralegal to the founding partners of a New York litigation law firm where she handled all phases of pre-trial case management including, but not limited to: pleadings, discovery, and preparation of witnesses, settlement and dispute resolution. Indeed, Ms. Squillace's extensive legal and real estate managerial experience truly serves to the benefit of all Clients.
