    Allen London - Chief Executive Officer

    Allen London, Chief Executive Officer, is an attorney (JD, NYU, ‘73) and holds an MBA from Columbia University (MBA, Columbia, ‘89). Mr. London’s working life has been divided between the practice of law and work in the real estate business. Since the late 1970s, he has worked in a family real estate firm that built multifamily properties.

    Allen London, Chief Executive Officer, is an attorney (JD, NYU, ‘73) and holds an MBA from Columbia University (MBA, Columbia, ‘89). Mr. London’s working life has been divided between the practice of law and work in the real estate business. Since the late 1970s, he has worked in a family real estate firm that built multifamily properties. He is a principal of a number of entities that own properties in NYC and along the eastern seaboard of the United States.  In that capacity he has participated in numerous capital projects, refinancing, leasing, legal proceedings, and general real estate administrative work. He is a member of the Code and Regs Committee of the New York Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He is also a member of the Preparedness Committees of the New York City Chapter of BOMA. In June of 2013 he was a co-recipient of the John M. Griffin Community Service Award. The community service award was conferred by The Real Estate Board of New York, in recognition of work done the previous November during Superstorm Sandy.

    Alex Kalajian - Chief Operating Officer

    Alex Kalajian is the Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer for Solstice Residential Group and its affiliated companies. As Managing Partner, Mr. Kalajian is responsible for the companies’ corporate affairs, client retention, operational and capital budgeting/management, organizational growth and leadership.

As Managing Partner, Mr. Kalajian is responsible for the companies’ corporate affairs, client retention, operational and capital budgeting/management, organizational growth and leadership. 

    As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Kalajian is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of Solstice’s portfolio of properties representing over $3 billion in managed assets, as well as more than 250 management executives, operational and financial professionals, support staff and building services employees required to service its clients in a first class manner.     

    Prior to launching Solstice, Mr. Kalajian began his career in 1995 working for a mid-sized residential developer, where he was in charge of “gut renovations” on projects resulting in LIHTC credits that were sold to Fortune 100 companies. The acquisition, financing and redevelopment of those properties were under the jurisdiction of a number of private banking institutions and city and state governments. In 2001, Mr. Kalajian joined one of the largest property management firms in NYC, where he rose to become Vice President of Operations. In this capacity, he provided operational, capital and code compliance support to the firm’s property managers. He was also on the firm’s executive committee, focusing on policy and corporate governance.

    A 20-year industry veteran, Mr. Kalajian is well-versed in all facets of property and asset management with concentrations in capital reporting and budgeting, contract negotiations and administration, code compliance and staff management. A results-oriented project manager, Mr. Kalajian has successfully coordinated, managed and completed capital and infrastructure projects totaling more than $500 million dollars.

Mr. London transitioned from a legal career at Herrick Feinstein to a hybrid role of legal and financial position at Cape Advisors, a real estate developer, where his responsibilities included financial and due diligence analysis of potential acquisitions / developments, negotiation of mezzanine / equity financing for a condominium development and preparation and analysis of loan, joint venture and leasing legal documentation.  From there, Mr. London transitioned to head of acquisitions of his family’s real estate family office focusing on structuring co-GP funds and partnerships and the acquisitions of multi-family communities along the Eastern seaboard. 

    Mr. London is responsible for overseeing Solstice’s corporate strategic plans   and serves as an advisor to our client managed portfolio of buildings.

    Jeff Gates - Chief Information/Financial Officer

    Jeff Gates, Chief Information/Financial Officer, is a financial analyst (JD, Washington University Law School, ’98).  Mr. Gates heads all of Solstice’s financial affairs and is responsible for all compliance and regulatory filings for our managed portfolio of buildings.

    Pierre Zarzour - Chief Management Officer

    Pierre Zarzour, Partner and Chief Management Officer, works closely with Mr. Kalajian in managing the day-to-day operations of Solstice and its affiliated companies. In this capacity, Mr. Zarzour is primarily responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and deriving new business opportunities as well as overseeing all operations of Solstice’s property management division and its dedicated team of management executives and support staff.

    Pierre Zarzour, Partner and Chief Management Officer, works closely with Mr. Kalajian in managing the day-to-day operations of Solstice and its affiliated companies. In this capacity, Mr. Zarzour is primarily responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and deriving new business opportunities as well as overseeing all operations of Solstice’s property management division and its dedicated team of management executives and support staff.  Mr. Zarzour is also integrally involved with and administers Solstice’s Energy Aggregation Program, which for the benefit of Solstice’s clients, aggregates and purchases energy commodities across our portfolio of managed properties.   

    As a seasoned residential property manager with over 16 years of experience, Mr. Zarzour has expertise in all aspects of building operations, capital improvement projects, budget preparation, staff supervision, management reporting, and Board/Resident communications.

    Prior to joining Solstice Residential Group, LLC, Mr. Zarzour managed a portfolio of luxury New York City cooperatives and condominiums and oversaw a team of managers providing operational, financial, construction and code compliance support.

As a member of the Solstice's Executive Committee and a Co-Head of the Employee Training and Development Committee, Mr. Isakov also provides supervision to the finance department, focusing on support, employee training and professional development.

    Tatyana Lerman - Financial Controller

    Tatyana Lerman has been working at Solstice Residential Group, LLC since its inception in 2008.  Prior to joining Solstice, Ms. Lerman worked for London Management Corp, a family-owned property management company in New York City.

As a member of Solstice's Executive Committee, Ms. Lerman monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient and effective procedures for maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
